I have made my concerns known to the most recent case handler and have been told I would be contacted after making general complaints – this never happened. I feel that this claim was dealt with unprofessionally with an attitude of disinterest at best. I have had requests for updates ignored and have been told that I have had documents emailed to me, statements which were blatantly untrue. Over this time I have been asked repeatedly to submit information that has already been submitted, agents have come and gone and when challenged current agents have suggested the fault lies with previous employees of Carpenters. However, the insurance claim which Carpenters conducted has only just been completed, July 2023, over five and a half years later. ![]() The offending driver’s insurance accepted their client was at fault, the police gave him 6 points on his driving licence and a fine. October 2017 my car was involved in an accident, I was with Quotemehappy.
